Tomorrow I leave to work at the Ohio Renaissance festival, but tonight I snuck in a little ink work. With the newest commission work I have been assigned, I will have little time for personal work. So anyways, here is a quick photo of the few ink washes i worked on tonight.
So I am missing the awesome Lovecraft show that is happening in Nashville tonight. I am pretty sad to miss such an epic event, but Gencon is epically entertaining me. But in honor of the show tonight I did this cthulhu drawing. Maybe it’s baby cthulhu?

Every year gencon has an auction for charity. This year proceeds go to Stars Youth Foundation. Here are some pics on my contribution. Last year I raised 120 dollars. Hope I do that or more this year!

Just wanted to show you how I often prepare a surface. This is clear gessoed luan wood with frame. Very wet acrylic if various things on it to rust, stain or shape the paint as it drys.
This was a commission for Brian who donated the highest amount to my Kickstarter project Tomb of Kochun. I am pretty happy with the outcome.
